Does anyone know if it is blowing in or out??????????

Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

towards the right field line/pole

at the start of the game it says wind will be blowing from west, northwest at about 19 mph and it will drop about 4 or 5 mph every hour. So the first two hours should be blowing above 10 mph.
I dont know if west, northwest is blowing out?? Only been to wrigley once. Interested to know about??
