I have several downloaded files from Kazaa that I am having trouble playing with my Windows Media Player. I get the message that it is "transferring to codec". Then it says "error transferring to codec". Can anyone help? Can I transfer these files to different format? Thanks in advance.

Sometimes installing the DivX codec pack works. NOT the adware version. If you can find an old version of DivX (pre-adware) I'd recommend it
