I aspire to be at your level of culinary experience.

I am going to Japan within a year or so to eat at Sukiyabashi Jiro (reservations are 7 months out....and that's lunch) and Bluehill at Stone Barns in NY and The French Laundry....hopefully all within 12 to 18 months. Hard to get around with twin 8 year olds at the moment. :0074

Yes I do know.....that is some Hattie B's in Nashville, ate it when heading to my daughter's house. Now we have one in ATL downtown, but have not tried it after being at the Original. Hard to top authenticity.

Wow, now that is fucking impressive... I only know one person who?s eaten at Sukiyabashi... better start practicing your chopstick skills.... fuck you better start practicing picking up the sushi the proper way with your hands if need be..... I have to say I?m a bit jealous about that one...

Blue Hill will be quite the experience as I?m sure you already know... can be a little much at times with the service but it?s nice....

French laundry might be one the best meals you ever eat...

Let me know if you come out to Los Angeles
