Does anyone know who offers bank wires as a withdrawal option? With the difficulty of cashing offshore checks nowadays it would seem to me that a bank wire would be an ideal form of withdrawal for books willing to do so. All books seem to allow bank wires as a form of payment in but few seem to be willing to do them as a form of payment out.
