Withdraws

There was a thread regarding the need to send in security paperwork when making a deposit. Most of us don't have any issue with that and understand the need. Here is my summary of a conversation, via chat, regarding a withdraw. I'll leave out the typical long waits between responses.

me: I want to verify I am eligible to make a withdraw and have met the rollover requirements.

them: You have to send in the cc authorization form

me: For a deposit I made 13 months ago?

them: yes

me: I believe you have the form because you wouldn't accept the cc deposit without the form

them: I show we need it

me: OK, so after I send in the form, am I eligible for a withdraw

them: I don't know, you will have to talk to a supervisor

me: OK, can I talk to a supervisor?

them: No, there is not a supervisor available

That was about the end of it. I'll resend the form tomorrow and we'll see what happens.

The teller might have been confused if you were asking in regards to the rollover requirement. The withdraw can't be made until the CC form is approved by the accounting department (at least this is the case with 5dimes and Bookmaker) so he couldn't tell you if you were eligible for a withdraw until the forms were in and approved.

Thanks...I think the two points were 1) the form is required to deposit so they must have had it because they accepted the cc deposit and 2) the rollover is based on if I had wagered the required amount...I was just asking if I had met this requirement.

I'm sure it will get figured out. I track how much I wager but, always check with them to ensure their records match as I have been in a situation where I made a withdraw...waited...and then when I initiated the contact was told that my figures didn't match theirs.
