WKU -8 over New Mex St
WKU is riding a 16 game win streak.They won w/o the "aircraft carrier"Marcus so this is a talented team.Marcus inside has that nice soft touch.Double team him and you have several good shooters.Robinson see's the floor and Boyden can score.
They are undefeated in Jan. and Feb. and play great defense.They are solid in the paint both on the off. bds and def. bds.
Aggies lost a few before the end of the season and have come alive again.Channing is tough and Moore can score.But Jackson in the middle could have big problems tonite.They don't have the inside game to stay with the Hilltoppers.And NMSU defense is somewhat suspect.teams can score vs them.
WKU has an aircraft carrier, a PT. boat in Robinson,several destroyers,and a few boats in dock[depth] that can set to sea in a minute.Aggies fleet is smaller and will be sunk tonite by more then 8 torpedo's.
UNC-wilmington -3 over VCU
VCU has a high powered offense with 2 outstanding gds in Taylor and Jones.They rebound well and have won over 20 games this yr.Playing in Richmond their home town but not home court will help them somewhat. VCU did win 2 games in tourney but struggled with ODU and Hofstra before they put them away.
But if you want to see defense tonite watch Wainwrights kids.They are one of the best defensive coached teams in the nation.I'm sure many of you rememberd lyr CAA final vs Mason.Mason won 35-33.I think the lowest total score since the clock was put in.
UNC now has a better offense with the POYr in Blizzard.he is the best shooter in the CAA and maybe in the state.But callahan the center-fd is the most improved player.he can score inside and outside.
Both teams split at home this yr.But last week in a close game the Seahawks were down by 5 and went on a 31-4 to beat VCU by 11.
I'll take the better defensive team here to win a close one.Get your VCR's out if you coach because sometimes its like a clinic watching them play D.

Like Southall and Johnson.Laf more rested and like Johnson a lot.
MAAC game...who the hell knows.Top seeds all gone.Siena playing at home could get 9,000 tonite.Archbold on fire.Saints have won 6 in a row.But tonite will be 4 games in 4 nites.Adrelin and home crowd erase that.Niagara is talented.Won yest w/o greene doing anything.Teams each won at home.
Tough game to call.I'll take niagara +2.5 because they are quicker,more athletic,and shoot better.
Strong play is WKU.
