So Uruguay vs. Germany in tomorrow's World Cup 3rd place match.

Regarding the Under/Over 2.5 goals. The last 8 3rd place matches have all been over 2.5

1978: Brazil 2-1 Italy
1982: Poland 3-2 France
1986: France 4-2 Belgium
1990: Italy 2-1 England
1994: Sweden 4-0 Bulgaria

Thanks for the info. Makes sense that there would be more Over's in 3rd place game....I'd have to think its usually an entertaining, more open game with most of the pressure off.

That said, this looks like a really good trend, I would not have thought 8 in a row and I think its a great bet to take the Over 2.5 this year as well.

Germany has put up a lot of goals in several games. Always tough to get goals but I like the over and love the post. Thanks.
