Ok which path to the Final 4 would you rather have??

US plays Ghana and the winner gets the winner of Uruguay/South Korea.

England plays Germany and the winner gets the winner of Argentina/Mexico.

Wow, that is a huge difference.

This could not be set up much more easier for the USA to make the Final 4. :scared

Question is do they deliver?

If Spain can't get to the top of their group, they'll probably play the winner of Holland/Brazil.

So, huge let down game in the Semi against the US :0corn

Ghana is not a cake walk, neither is Uruguay

Take this one game at a time...

i don't "hate" the USA team but is always fun to be our "neighbors-enemies"....

that been said.....can't believe i'm gonna say this, when I'm saying they have an easy path, is because i think they have a very fast, creative, well supported defended team, with good leadership and very well managed.....rather than those you mentioned...I believe that some teams in this cup have been affected by the ref's, but the US team seems to me the most in this matter....

taking away that...next round games are going to be better refereed (dunno is that's how it is said)....

so i think they advanced further than the next round minimum....

There is no cake walk team in the knockout rounds period, but on paper I think any major team would take a Ghana then Uruguay/S.Korea path over Germany then Arg/Mex.

US is going to have to fight in each match, but make no mistake about the fact they have a gloden chance here.

Look at it this way:
US draws Ghana to into final 8.
England got Germany.
And there is a good chance Spain could get Brazil. :scared

I think too much is being made of the easy path for the US. IF they are able to defeat Ghana (with everybody picking them as the favorite) then I feel they would be an underdog to either Uruguay or South Korea.

I like Uruguay to come out of that "region"...
