food for thought....

Quietly, Mexico has been among the most consistent of all nations in recent World Cups. El Tri has advanced to the round of 16 in the past four tournaments, a feat matched only by world powers Brazil, Germany and Italy. But Mexico's success has also been limited to the group stage -- it has been knocked out in the round of 16 in four straight World Cups, as well.

GL, nino. Lookin forward to your upcoming plays.

I do think Group A is the most balanced group in 2010. France is a ??, have really played some bad games in qualifying/tuneup.

Chucky don't fall too much into those games results...for ex. Italy is a team that has done bad in games just before the Cup, and in every WC starts very slow and has ended in the final....hope all is well with ya let?s make some coin....

Italy:
1982 Last Friendly before Cup:
1-1 Draw vs Swiss in Geneva ---> Won WC

2006 Last Friendly before Cup:
1-1 Draw vs Swiss in Geneva ---> Won WC

2010 Last Friendly before Cup:
1-1 Draw vs Swiss in Geneva ---> ???

That being said, I'd love to see them do well, but Italy might struggle to get out of the group is Pirlo cant go.

a friend told me, who knows a lot of futbol rules...that most people don?t know, but if you already pass the goalkepper, it doesn't matter if there is a player of the other team in front of you...if they pass the ball to you, is automatically offside...
