Anyone got a good idea for a WC Pool? I was thinking about holding an auction format where the bottom feeders are grouped into "The Field".

Looks like Russia, Spain/Portugal, or England in that order. It was England's until the head of their FA was recorded letting everyone know of Spain's attempts to bribe World Cup officials before this World Cup.
