For all you poker players at Madjacks. Is there any chance we can maybe get a 200 tournament going somewhere for Madjacks players to play for a seat at the tournament? i think we could get enough interest to have enough.


I am gonna head down to Vegas the few weeks before to play some satellites to try to get in.


Would be a fun little tourney if we could get a madjack organized one

I believe PokerStars will let you organize a private tournament, will have to look into it. I know Binions was looking into weather or not to allow on-line qualifiers again this year, could possibly be some legal snags.

Binions is running into more problems than that, but I believe Party will also allow private tournaments. Count me in for something like that. In my home game we have talked of running a $200 10 player tournament where the first place takes all wins a shot in the first NLHE tournament.

Yeah I think it would be great if we can see how many people we could get

I have talked to a few guys in my circle about doing something like this. Everyone ante up a certain amount (enought to cover entry and travel) and the winner roll with it.

I think it would be rather simple to set up.

I wouldnt mind helping Jack or IE organizing the tournament and stuff. I have some time to do so. but i wonder what they think
