Boavista is really struggling in Portuguese League while Celtic is playing quite well and eliminated Liverpool. Also Rangers has almost won Scottish league so Celtic has this trophy left for the year. I also suspect that UEFA would like Celtic to reach finals in Sevilla because they will attract thousands of fans from Scotland.
