Worst Pick of the Year

A real end of year feel round here so time to mull over the selections that have not done quite so well...(Stan, I don't really just have Sabattini in mind!)

Mine is easy...
Billy Andrade to beat Mark it Nearer in a 72 hole match...about April time I think.
The most convinced I'd ever been in a match bet...biggest bet ever, and what happens?

Andrade misses the cut by one, O'Nearer makes the weekend and then shoots two rounds of high 70's. Some guy takes me to task via e-mail threatening all sorts claiming that I was the worst golf capper ever...

Anybody else?

Mine is easy also Clive. While I'd never given more than -130 in any match I can remember I bit off -160 on Maggert,vs who escapes me but when I get home will look up and edit.

Not Sabbatini - at least with players like him (and the Poulters, Scotts, Allenbys of this world) you know that when he's bad he's very bad, but when he's good ...

My worst bet of the year is easy. Rather it is three bets. Leaney, Paddison and O'Malley to beat Nathan Green in the Australian Open two weeks ago. They would have won, but the matchups were really against Richard Green and they all lost (narrowly)

Cost me over 10 units
