I'm not an egg guy and I'm one of the rare ones that doesn't like bacon on my sandwiches. I'm very selective in choosing individual strips for eating on the side.

I don't get bacon on my cheeseburgers and shit, over powers everything and makes the tomato and onion fight for room under the bun. But I like it on an egg, ham, bacon, hash brown patty, and two slices of white American cheese between two toasted English muffins sandwich though. I like that.

Yessssss I would.


I occasionally make similar for my boys, but my eggs are over easy, I add avocado and I make it on crusty French baguette that I toast in oven beforehand at 400 for 3 minutes.
