Nothing like Parkway Bakery in New Orleans for an oyster Po Boy, my favorite also Bigs, but Angela always gets the shrimp exactly like Jack has in the picture of his lunch today. Yum! I remember parking along a canal to eat there, and we ate there because it was featured in Bon Appetit magazine. I would eat yours Nick with no fries also.
