Oh hell yes. French onion one of my favorites, I'd have more melted Gruyerre on top or Mozzarella. Makes me hungry.

Well, I don't know, your dish looks more or less appetizing and it probably won't be able to kill anyone
I've heard a lot about this dish, I've seen all sorts of videos, but my interest in this dish still stops something.
This dish is native to South Korea, called Sannakchi, in these places, eating raw fish or meat will surprise no one for a long time, this dish consists of just cut off tentacles of a small octopus, seasoned with sesame oil and still twitching. Despite its eerie appearance and the danger of choking, sannakchi is popular not only among locals, but also among tourists - they say it is really tasty. The worst thing is that the muscles of the octopus still contract when eaten, and when eating sannakchi, you need to be careful, as they can block the air flow through the throat, so the dish must be carefully chewed as long and as hard as possible. It is really interesting for me to try and understand why people are risking their own lives, going such long distances to try THIS.
P.S. I read it once for this dish and yes, in 2008, deaths were recorded in the city of Gwangju
I guess I'll think twice...:00x32

Adding this to a beautiful bowl of french onion soup is like getting tranny rolled. Or getting someone's worthless political news cut and pastes.
