The flight, on a regional Swedish airline, had seats that face each other, according to TikToker Megan Homme.

For those that flew in North America in the 1980's you may remember these kind of seats (some Airlines back them had em). Well, it looks like they are making a comeback. I guess it would be ok if you were traveling with your small children. But if you are alone I'd never want these seats, yikes😲

I remember seeing those seats but never sat in them. I think they were in the last 2 rows in the back. Not much different than waiting for your flight at the gate. I can't think of one thing I like about air travel. Puts me in a miserable mood every time.

Southwest Airlines had these on some flights up until the year 2001, I never knew it was that recent. And holy shit unless the seats were 1 dollar I'd never sit in em.😲

I’d be a bit hesitant about sitting in those seats. They look cramped, and I’m not sure I’d be comfortable for a long flight. I like having a bit more space to stretch out and move around. If you’re tall or need extra legroom, they might not be the best choice. But hey, if it’s a short flight and you don’t mind a snug fit, it could work. Last turboprop plane I flew had seats facing each other.
I was with friends so it was actually a lot of fun for us on the short 1 hour flight from Minneapolis to moline.

Yup I flew on those SW flights. Weird as fuck. Bad enough sitting around disgusting people who wants to look at them!
