I was a little shocked as well
Haven't seen a spread that high in years
I am seriously considering biting based on Cowboys not covering in a game yet and the amount of turnovers that Dallas handed to Philly during sloppy conditions. A decent running game and defense would probably cover (big if). Good luck to the oddsmakers putting a line on MNF next week vs Wash!

I thought the same thing. . . this looks like a college line to me! The parity in the NFL does not exist this year. . . plenty of blowouts. I wonder what those who are following the "pick the winner" trend think about this one! Can the Raiders win by 3tds or more? Of course! But will they?

Jack,
Dont you think the Rams should be favored by 19 @ DET?
I know its on the road, but in a dome against one of the worst teams. At least DAL is trying to play together. DET is totally in a state of cival war because of the Batch/Detmer controversy.

Rams -11 as of Mon afternoon.

Dallas is a set up. They will start there and see if they need to drop it. They know what is fresh in everyones mind. Last night. Will Dallas hand the ball over as easy this week. ????

i started to watch the game and it looked like a sci-fi movie, to the point of all being able to predict when the next fumble will come. it was so depressing, i headed for the nearest casino and had a great night (broke even).

i have never seen anything like it. i don't care who they play or if they get 75 points, i ain't playing the bast...s anymore for or against.

i have said time and time again i won't play either tampa or dallas, yet keep coming back for more. masochism? you bet.

A-train,

Dallas covered easily against Tampa in week one and had several chances to win that game outright. However, I agree that they are worth a look here since I don't believe that it makes a whole lot of difference how many times they covered to date.
