I'm slowly trying to write one myself. I have no idea what the steps are to get it published, though. I figure I'll just make sure I have something written that I think is worthwhile before I look into the next step.

They strongly advocate self-publishing. One book that I've seen -- connected in some way to the website -- covers everything on self-publishing including calculating costs, how and where to sell, etc.

Starting is easy (speaking for myself, anyway).
Friend of mine told me about the site, and he has the book that I mentioned. I'm seeing him tomorrow and I'll make a point of finding out the title and author.
