told you guys 1 month ago i made it to step 5 higher on partypoker. i won my way to a final table with a 15grand buyin.100k 1st prize.for 30 bucks.been trying almost every night to play this final table the last month to no avail,i guess do to not enough qualifers..i go on tonight and its gone!!the step higher tournys are gone and so is my freeroll.i shoot them an email and they promptly respond with something saying that they cancelled the step higher tournys and that i will be refunded in the next 3 days. now refunded should mean 15500 $$,right??madjack is there anyway you could find out whats going on???

You will get ur 15K, their customer service is slow as shit but they will pay u in the end, just email them and call them in a week or so if u don't hear anything. You will prob have to ask for a manager when u call them/ cause whatever gal answers, won't have a fukkin' clue what ur talking about, and u prob. won't understand them either. Been there done that, but they will fix it in the end!!

sorry to hijack your thread moe, truly hope you get paid. countinguy is right though, you will get paid eventually, i just doubt you will get the 15k. you will get tourney money or something. they are very good at standardized letters.
I just started with party and I am very disappointed with the lack of action at some tourneys.....the MULTI-Table Step tourneys are non-existant after Step 1.....I registered a freeroll for Step 3 a couple days ago, and no one was signing up, I forgot I registered and ended up getting blined out about 1.5 days later after they FINALLY got enough people to fill the table. So I lost it basically because they cant fill a table.....it pissed me off. Of course, Party was not able to help me in this situation.......whereas I have found that Stars is VERY helpful in this situation. After I use the money in my Party account I am going back to Stars in a HURRY
i'm sure this is exactly what will happen. they will credit your account with money to be used in tournies only (can't withdrawal). if you win a tourney with the tourney money, that money can be withdrawn. there is nothing i can do to help with partypoker but i'm confident you will be paid.

Wow, it sounds like they're gonna do the right thing. PP is shaky in a lot of ways(as mentioned the software and CS to name 2), but that would restore some faith in them.
i think the words "full value" tells what you're getting. i hope i'm wrong and i hope you get the cash but i'm leary of that one.
although, i guess it doesn't really matter to them either way because they did receive the money from the other players.
