Wasn't watching game, but looking at box score it looked like Navy scored as time expired and didn't have an opportunity to go for the extra point? It also showed where Navy missed 3 2-point conversion tries in fourth quarter.

cruncher is correct about them scoring with no time on the clock, so they don't let you kick the extra point. They also did go for those two pointers and missed them.
