For the record the only sport where North Korea & South Korea "team up" is in women's hockey. The other 10 North Korean athletes (Alpine Skiing, Short Track Speed Skating, Cross-country Skiing and Figure Skating) will be competing under the North Korean flag. So no real "teaming up" is going on, so Mexico is off the hook.
