The baseball lines, so far, have done little for me.
Looking at them, now, and yanks at -105 (Jays currently -103, Pinnacle)
sure looks friggin' tempting.
The pitching matchup, starter-wise, has to be a wash, with probably an edge to
Sabathia in that regard, though small. Big edge in the bullpen, though Yankees are
going to be a good long-relief club as opposed to a shut-down closer type of pen,
but I digress...1st reggae start and Sabathia probably just needs to toss 6 for NYY.
Large edge to Yanks sticks, too, as the flap-down and Bautista crush (or walk) days seem
to have fled from the organization. Donaldson is clearly playing hurt, Smoak is unlikely
to impress nearly as much as last year and key batscore Granderson still might not
make my Christmas card list...undecided, currently.
No stake, here (Go Jays!), but enjoy the (apparently) easy money
(read:illusion of value (or even value or illusion)()) if you take it.
I get Yanks 58%, for what it's worth.
Go Villanova!

Thanks for the words.
I was just pouring a coffee (need a break from the beer if U'm going to survive
Saturday) and thinking about how optimistic I was entering the previous two seasons,
as far as the Jays chances were, and reflecting on how that is different this year;
the first two games have made me reassess even that as optimistic, perhaps.
Anyways, somehow it dawned on me that I spelled Bautista wrong so I came in
to change that--don't ask me how I remembered that I spelled it without a 'U' and
how it dawned on me that it has a 'U', or even why I would think it important.
Nothing is important, from a shitty perspective.
