they are called avatars.

all MLB team logos have been added. i'll get to the other sports sometime later.

if you have a minimum of 100 posts and want your favorite team logo under your name, go to 'profile' at the top of this page, then click on 'edit options', then scroll down to 'avatar', then go and select the avatar you want under your name.
