To make a long story short (not my specialty), I'm helping a close friend through what appears to be a break-up after an 18-year relationship.
I've had some good friends in my life but I've never known anybody like this...ever...who will bend over backwards to do what he can to help whoever and whoever's 5th cousin. I've also never seen anybody so degraded and upset over something so trivial as a life-changing break-up.

Regardless, a shitty month is fucking finally coming to an end. Like that means shiite. I likely fucked up the possibility of more responses by the (somewhat) limited betrayal of my soul (another conversation), but...

I'm sure I could think of others, after more sleep than March has revealed, but the following has always (in scare quotes..."always"...whatevas...) meant the most to me when considering close friendships.
