Some real dodgy stuff going on already. Youhzny has been hammered to win 3-0 over Starace. Hmmm....an Italian and a Russian...can we say fix? The available books have now suspended 3-0.

Also....but not saying fixed;
Becker taking in the coin to beat Chela...although he is suppose to be the real deal on grass. Wonder if there is any relation to another great grassman named Becker.

Bloomfield shortened up to beat Berlocq. Considering how small the names are, the money matched on Betfair is big. Price is now too short for my blood though.

GG;
In the case of Youzhny.....an oddsmaker gave me the heads up that 3-0 was being hit hard in a possible fix.....and when I shopped, I saw it decreasing or being suspended. Set-betting is usually auto-generated based on the moneyline input.....in this case -120 was the opening 3-0 but -175 was all I got and it was suspended everywhere quickly.

Bloomfield opened around -275 and went -800 in no time. Betfair show how much money is currently matched on an event and there was about $300K on that match (a lot for no-namers) where as a big name match like Ljubicic/Lopez only had about $170k.

Similar story for Becker but not so short in odds.
I'm not saying Bloom or Becker were fixed....just hit hard. I will probably take Becker to beat Verdasco.

I took what I could on Youzhny 3-0 but it was getting suspended before I could fund my books that had it available.

Didn't touch Bloom...too short by the time I clued in. Becker....funny thing...I got side-tracked after posting and forgot to go back to it until I was in bed.....and it was too late when I awoke. He wasn't a gimme anyway.....just rumoured to be good on grass. I got suckered in a similar situation when the money was poured in on Fish to beat Nadal on grass in the Stella. Same when I posted the mis-priced Mathieu at Stella. Sometimes the info should be used for scalping purposes as value plays still lose often enough.

Love Seppi here....sorry to jinx you. Ya like Santoro eh?....can't do it myself....I took Berdych at 11/1 when Santoro was serving for the match.....but I locked it just in case....you are right more often than me.
Going against Arod is going to pay off eventually!
