    Looks like Wash has the hardest schedule of any NCAA team (#1 in strength of schedule) and Hawaii has one of the easiest (119th or something like that in NCAA). I believe that is accurate. If so, you have to think the line will be off due to perception based on records, especially with Hawaii...
