    Wireless cable internet question......

    All of a sudden (since saturday) I am getting 1.0 Mbps and signal strength very low. I called my service provider..the cable is excellent. Is this a problem with my router or my modem? My guess is that I am now getting signal from my neighbors wireless and mine is dead? What do i have to do...
