    Well, had the 2, 3, 4 hoss in the derby in my exacta, but doesn't matter, as I left out the winner. Taking a shot today on a good price in race 4 #6 Miss Forest Last 2 starts have been less than stellar, but she's made some money, and I'll bite at 12-1 against the dudes. GL

    Stuffed Pork Chops (bonus recipe inside!)

    6 bone in pork chops (double thick), ask your butcher, and get them when the chops are on sale. 1 bag stuffing mix. Nothing fancy, basic pepperidge farm or similar will do. Add water, or chicken broth to the stuffing. do not oversaturate, but make sure mixture is moist butterfly chops...

    Crock Pot Pork Chops

    6-8 bone in pork chops 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can (larger, family size) cream of chicken soup throw it together, that's all folks. note, you can use boneless chops, but by the time 4-6 hrs are up, the bones come off anyways, so why not add a little extra flavor.
