Notre Dame -8.5 over Niagara ***
ND has length and more inside players then the Purple Brey is gone and new era in South Bend Think ND get a double digit win win over Purple who are replacing almost the entire team who transferred out including talented Thomasson who was their go to guy leading scorer, etc They did hit the transfer portal and got a few players but it will take some time to gel. Playing the Irish is a tough assignment for opening day..
Rutgers -6 over Princeton ***
Omoruyiu 6'10 240.. Tigers will have a tough time keeping him in check . Nites lost there gds RU has Williams inside who can rebound. Frosh Griffiths could be a star.. Pickiell a good defensive coach. Tigers will have a tough time tonite.
Northern Zona +26 over UConn **
Its presenting the banner tonite Think Lumberjacks get blown away but cover the the 26 points. Festive Night ,let everybody play
Seton Hall -17.5 over St Peter **
When your recruited to St Peter one of the 1st things they do is show you the schedule and it says we are opening up vs Seton Hall Most of the Peters players have been recruited by these Jerseys schools like the Halls Rutgers but didn't make the final cut. So almost all of the Peter kids know they were left out. But even despite thing small lean towards SH because Halloway their coach teaches tough defesne.
Oregon -4.5 over Georgia **
Tex St -1 over Ark LR **
Its been 4 yrs tx st pt gd has handled the ball for the Bobcats and tonite for the 1st time in 4 yrs Bobcats are w/o 5'9 Mason Harrell Was at last yrs game and Ark LR and think even w/o Harrell Tx st can win on the road.
With transfer portal, new freshman new coaches etc its hard in early games to really handicap
Like ND over Niagara as the only real solid play today. Watched on TV St Edwards vs Texas. St Eds actually played them tougher and almost beat them but its a scrimmage and they are hard to capp since coaches want to see everyone play.
Good luck bet light in the beginning of the season to see what players make an impact on their respective teams
