Almost all of NT's offense is in the transfer portal including the top passer in the Conf in Morris.. He already tansfered to Virginia. His top wr also transferred to Rutgers. So in comes in New freshman QB Mestemaker who has thrown 4 passes in his colliate career for a whopping 69 total yds NT also lost in the portal its starting center,Tight end and top wr. BUT Texas State lost its top RB Mahdi its two Def Tackles ,top Corner back Both teams have lost 3 or 4 games at the end of the season.
North Texas is 3rd in the country in passing but Tex St is 37th on passing defesne. How do you handicapp a game with so many important players on both teams are gone. Think I will take the under 65.5 even though the defenses have so many new starters A lean towards Tex St with 2 touchdowns dogs . This game is very tough for me.. Being a North Texas graduate yet have season tickets to Texas St and so many players that transferred, injured in the portal,opting out will take Tex St because they still have McCloud their QB as a starter. So I'm going to grab the 2 touch down pts and the under
Tex St +14 ** and under 65 pts ****.. Going to watch the game... I hate taking over and unders when I/m watching the game on TV If I had any Brain's I would pass on this game but I don't . But do like Ohio St vs Texas in the college Playoffs ..
