Should have just stuck with Mexico. Got greedy and it cost me, and then I got pissed after a few bourbons and bet way, way too much on Mexico and passed out.

Sorry to anyone who followed on Argentina. They were just play awful in this game. What a waste of talent that team is.

Not much to like today, so will put together a parlay for the hell of it.

Germany U21/Uruguay/Thailand (W) +2/Cameron (W) Ov2.5

There is some very, very bad soccer in this Women's WC. Still a huge disparity of talent between the few top teams, but I am just struck by how bad some of these teams are. I think my high school girls team that won a state championship many years ago is better than Thailand. I am not joking. Just makes me appreciate the men's game even more.

Parlay is alive, but payout just took a hit.

I took a day off. That Uruguay game just pissed me off. Them and Argentina cost me a lot of money. No more in Copa until it matters.

I do not like much either tomorrow.

Going to parlay the better women's teams: Germany -2/Australia +115

USA should beat T&T but again there is no way I am laying -2.

Playing Australia +120 SH. They have not been very good, but they have been a better second half team.

The rules analyst from Fox is embarrassingly bad.

Got saved by the halftime bet to win a couple of bucks. And can I say once again that VAR sucks ass. I firmly believe that they have no fucking idea what they are doing. The foul at the end was the easiest penalty call I have seen and they barely review it. It is embarrassing.

Could care less who wins now.

Will probably make a similar parlay tomorrow for some action: England -2/France Ov2.5

I wholly expect the two better teams to win, but I could see Brazil scoring so I like the over in the France game versus laying 1.5. They really have not looked that great so far but I expect them to look better tomorrow. Plus there will probably be a couple penalties in this game. Will continue to look for halftime plays.

My outs still not putting us a line in the France/Romania U21 game tomorrow. If the game ends in a draw both teams advance, and in this tournament, it is an advance right to the semi-finals. On paper, this game has to be a draw. Why would you risk not advancing. Keep an eye out for the line.

And someone please explain to me why the MLS is playing during the WC. Just another reason I never take this league seriously.

This is probably a sucker play, but I am taking Qatar +1.5 over Argentina. It is possible that Argentina puts it together but I have to see it to believe it. They have looked bad and Qatar can play. I like getting the 1.5.

Also played the France Ov separately. Liking it more and more. I see penalties, cards and if Brazil is behind their will be a late sloppy goal or two.

Thanks guys! Can not remember the last time I saw a draw for a game at this price. I think I have to play this. Can not find a reason why either of these teams would risk losing this game as a draw puts them both in the semi-finals. It is a very rare situation that the format and timing of play for this tournament has created.

Var is making me lose interest in soccer.. that?s a ridiculous statement that I?d never think before but that?s how bad it is. That call may have broke the camels back... deeming Brazil?s keeper had full possession , shameful to look at that on replay and decide that, imagine trying to persuade 12 jurors with those replays with the full possession argument

I could not agree more and was about to write the same thing. I am not betting any more money on this piece of shit tournament and I am not watching any more games. It is truly taking the fun out of the game. The women's game is also regressing in my opinion. All these teams other than the US looks like older versions of the same team 4 years ago. The US look to be superior to everyone, but I am sure they will find a way to make these games close. Can not say I have ever been this disgusted by any tournament. You can not convince me that this is nothing more than a complete embarrassment for FIFA in front of the whole world. Only thing I can do is simply ignore it going forward.

Well the France/Romania game ended up to be an easy one as predicted. There were shots but not one on goal. A nice 0-0 draw for them both to advance!

Hard to believe it, but Champion's League kicks off today with the preliminary rounds. Used to love betting the Lincoln Red Imps early on, but I think the team from Kosovo is decent. The league is young and does not have enough experience so they have to start playing in this round. Small play on the Ov 2.5.

Didn't really want to do this, but you have to make money when opportunities present themselves.

USA (W) -250

I really do not see anyway the US loses this game. The Dutch simply do not have the speed in the back to handle the US and their goalie has made mistakes the whole tournament against lesser teams. The Dutch attacking style plays right into the US's hands. Would love to see Press and Horan start again as that is their best team. All this Rapinoe hype is total media BS and she is not hurt at all. Press has more speed, is the better overall player right now and should be starting, but given all the media coverage, I see no way she starts. In the end, it really does not matter that much. If the US gets an early goal, I think this game could get out of hand, but I am not taking any chances and sticking to the ML versus the -1 as the US's back line has shown a tendency to fall asleep and make mistakes in the last couple games.

Also putting an Egypt/USA (W)/Brazil -1 parlay.

Yup, they were not very good. Likely another coach gets fired after losing that one. That is why I parlayed it as I was not willing to lay the 215. USA should get it back some and more tomorrow morning.

I added USA (W) -1.5+/USA + parlay, pays about +550. Only playing as I like the payoff. I do not love the US men's team, but +200 on home soil is good value. I just worry about them defensively as Mexico's front line is much better than USA's defense. By no means a big play, just a value play for me.

Adding

USA (W) Ov 2.5

This should be an up tempo game similar to the France and England games, see no reason we do not see three goals in this one.
