To everyone yet to book a flight......here is some great info I found to help get a great price on a flight!!!!

- Airlines post new prices on Monday. Book your flight Monday-Wednesday because price changes come after Wednesday into the weekend. Usually for the worse.

- Browse in incognito mode using Google Chrome browser. Return visits can result in a price change on some sites (they view cookies). Some of it is that when you search, that headcount gets reserved for a certain amount of time. Repeat visits can make the system think it now has fewer seats for x amount of hours.

- Use "Google.com/flights" to get a good idea of pricing. It has a really neat bar graph search (the graph button on the top right). Works best for US domestic flights.

- Studies show that the best time to buy is 3 months prior for domestic us. 6-10 weeks international.

- Use "Bing.com/travel" for price confidence. It has been really reliable in seeing whether the price will go up or down (then coincide purchase with rule #1).

- Flying out Tuesday/Thursday and returning Sunday, Tuesday, or Wednesday are the cheapest days to fly, typically.

- If you live in/near a major city, research which cities major airlines have hubs. Booking through their websites are often times cheaper if you fly to/from cities they frequent.

- If you don't care about which airline or time of day of departure/arrival, Priceline's name your own price is actually a really good service. Just keep punching in lower numbers till it tells you airlines won't accept that price.

Kosar Dinner

Kosar Dinner

A tradition in past Madjack Golf Outings, in memory of Kosar and other MadJack Members we have lost, we will be having the Kosar dinner on Saturday at 7:00pm. I have to give the restaurant an accurate count a week before. I'll bring this post back up in June.

TIMBERLINE GRILL in Ameristar Casino
With its walls of reclaimed timber, intricately carved wooden bar and solid cherry wood furnishings, the Timberline Grill pays homage to the best Colorado craftsmanship. And its cuisine is equally impeccable. When you're savoring one of our signature dishes, such as the sizzling Alaskan Halibut or roasted prime rib, in front of a roaring fire, it's easy to imagine that you're high up in the Rockies, experiencing the deep peace that can only be found in an isolated cabin.

FDC, so sorry to hear about your mom. If you need ANYTHING....don't hesitate.

We (Happy Hippo, the kids, a nanny, and myself) will all be attending said outing. Please plan accordingly.

Blackhawk is my old stomping grounds. Have spent many a non sober occasion there....See you soon, Morans!:toast:

Agent,
That is awesome and great news. Can't wait to see you kids and finally meet the rest of the family! Really looking forward to it.

Yeah man, as you and Jaek already know, my mom passed peacefully Sunday. I'm taking it hard but I'm an emotional person and I know I'll be okay. I will miss her always.

I'll probably drive up for this one. It's about a6 day drive if I can limit my time at each dispensary to about 4 hours... lol.

Man this is good news. Now if we can just talk Nick Mroz, Gary, Rolltide, and some others into going, we can have a pool party

P-fan,
Thank you my friend. Like most everyone, I wish I could change things. I do appreciate the well wishes though brother.

I am sorry you can't make the outing brother. I know we would have a big time! It's hard to break away though I know.

I'm looking forward to meeting sports and I hope yyz and a few others I've never had the pleasure of meeting before. I am overdue for showcasing my complete lack of skills on the course. Although I'm better than I was before.. I hope.

Stay cool pfan
