I should've noted that I absolutely hate betting big on road teams...just something I don't like doing. If I do, it's gotta be something good. I would take the GIANTS if their offense didn't blow so bad...I'd take the METS if their lineup wasn't depleted, and IDK who they're playing, Mets are too incosistent for my liking, especially with Johan on the mound.

6/2/2009 6:07 PM Money Line (fp) $250.00 $133.69 Baseball - 970 New York Yankees -187 for Game

Lineup cards are in, Hamilton still injured and hampered.

Ugggghhhh, easy winner, but I have a great fucking question.

I log into my account, I won the bet, obviously, and I see the $133 from the win, but what the fuck happened to the $250??? Jack, please check into this because if I don't have the $250 still there, I'm never playing on betjamaica ever again.

They made me place the whole $250 on one bet, and I only get the winnings? Seriously? I hope this is a fucking joke, because I'm not joking.

Apparently you never had a freeplay before. You only get the winnings from it.

Your never going to play again if you dont get the $250? Seriously, you get a FREEplay and you are bitching.

:mj07: :mj07: Funny stuff. Be happy with your $133 and do some research before you make yourself look like a complete tool :violin:

betjam is a top notch book. best book for US people to play with without a doubt. and it's not close.

you can also split your loyalty plays up however you want. Nothing requires you to play it all at once.

and you never get the $ with a free play......jack won't do anything but tell you to read the rules.

It would be different if the free play wasn't actually based off my wagers and just a "nice jesture" but I deserve that $250. It's not like they were saying "hey we're being nice today," it's actually from my loyalty to the site and what my average wager from the last 100 bets are. I don't see why I should be conned out of $250...

This is the first time I've EVER had a free play where I've never kept the free play $$$$$

No, actually you can't split the free play. It says so in the rules. Nothing in the rules indicate me not keeping the free play, ANYWHERE. This is the only site I've played on where I've never kept the freeplay. That includes, BETUS, SPORTSBOOK, BODOG, and that new site that the dude around here promotes, but I forget what it's called. Also, I called in SPECIFICLY asked "do I have to wager whole $250 on one play or can I split it up?" Lady puts me on hold and says she needs to ask manager. Comes back and tells me "yes sir, you have to wager the whole $250 on one play."

Again, like I said, this wouldn't be a big deal if it were just a "thanks, here you go," but this is entirely based off of my previous wagers and what I bet. There is no way I shouldn't be entitled to the whole balance.

If this is the first time you had the free play kept from you then you obviously never won on your free play before.

I have had several from BETUS, and when I signed up with BetFirstClass, I never had my free-play bonus taken away. I've won several, and this is the first I've ever been told I had to wager the full $$ amount, and it's also the first time I've never got the free play in my account as well.

You are going to leave a book that offers a loyalty system that gives you cash back wagers, one of the best for US clients, and fast withdrawals because you had bad customer support? a bounced check? Oh no, you are just upset that you got a FREEplay, won, and only got to keep the winnings.

I've had over 3k in loyalty plays with betjam in the past year. You can definitely split it up. When you select any wager like you normally would, you can either use whatever you like from your own balance or there is a free play balance with a little check box next to it. Click that box and use whatever amount you want from it. If you got a free play for something than maybe that's different, but from loyalty plays you can wager however much you want and don't have to do all of it.

As for keeping the money, that's laughable. I'm all for taking whatever a book gives you, but you're essentially asking for rakeback from a sportsbook. If you want that, then switch over to their other program where you get a percentage of your losses back after the world series, superbowl, and one other time during the year.

And if you don't like their rules go elsewhere. I'm not defending them, but you won't find better for a US player right now.

I just find that weird because I was going to split it up, but I went to read their rules, and it wasn't 100% clear, so I called them, and that's when the lady proceeded to tell me that the entire $250 had to go towards 1 wager.

Straight from the website and the rules.....

"Freeplay amounts cannot be split up into smaller amounts or accumulated to be placed one large wager."

The above is what proceeded me to call them and ask specificly because I didn't want to split it up and turn around and get screwed.
