This is the first time I've been awarded the loyalty thing, and I've been with betjamaica for over 2 years. Hell, I would've never known had a friend not pointed it out to me..

I know some will say it's nit picky, but I'm getting the free play based on wagers previously, so it's not like a deposit bonus or anything. I don't see how a loyalty free play isn't something you don't keep. Every free play I've ever had with any book the free play balance just remains in there with the win balance.
I'm more or less pissed because the free play was the main reason why I didn't deposit into my account. I figured that I'd risk this and play around for awhile, but no. It's not easy for me to deposit as I live in a very small town and the closest place to send a WU/Moneygram is about 35minutes away...so kind of hard with my work schedule to make it there during business hours.
I will contact BETJAM and scotty in the morning.
