Do you use a pizza stone in that egg?


BGE makes a great pizza stone that has lasted me a few years so far and still looks great. I use a heat deflector and then the pizza stone above that. If you just use the pizza stone and no deflector then the bottom of the crust burns.

sometimes i use sparkled water (vichy) instead water, crisp and thick dough

tomato sauce is my own special :
half can of Dolmio tomato sauce, fresh tomato or 2 and medium size habanero,
then use mixer to make smooth souce

favorite is creme fraiche, cheese, sun dried tomato & smoked salmon and fresh herbs or caper :00hour
no dill :mj02:

mmmm pizza....
