The 17th - 18th july weekend I'd probably be out, but I won't know til end of may. I do know it's my weekend to work, but I don't know if I'll have enough vaca time saved up. The next weekend like you guys were sayin is my weekend off:00hour

Setting up a golf outing is not easy at all, I've attempted 2 times to set one up without success (my friends are dipshits). So I know it sucks to put these together, you are doin a great job so far. You are not going to please everyone.

Outing #1 this is what he gave me to work with and I worked it in. For HIM.
Last year he said anything pre-August he couldn't do but after that he's IN. I made it in August and he cancelled at the last minute.
Do what you think best for the MAJORITY. One day agent will wake up and realize he isn't the MAJORITY.

As far as WHERE....we got the majority to agree on THAT too. It's not really a hard pick.
Having it at Belterra or Horseshoe, people from 12 states have attended and have been able to DRIVE to the fucking thing. There aren't many other states that can be as convenient for the majority.

There is one person that is really enjoying this, and that's agent. He's getting someone to set up special dates for an event he won't even be at.
Go back to your original July and August dates and pick the most popular weekend.

joker & myself are getting package deals for belterra, horseshoe, & french lick. when we get them all we will with jack (the final say) make a desicion for the best for the most, CAN'T make everyone happy
if belterra is chosen, which seems to be the popular pick, the ky speedway schedule will have to be considered cuz it is packed & our deals with them are off for those weekends

I live about 30 mins from Belterra and have a office across the river in Warsaw, KY. However, I would go ANYWHERE to play GOLF!with the MJ's
