Well it has been over a week since they took the money out and I haven't received anything from them, NOT EVEN AN UPDATE UNLESS I CALL!!!

For those of you who were asking if they were going to compensate these accounts the lady basically laughed at me when I asked this.

Does anyone know of another book that accepts added games for DI-AA?

I will keep you all up-todate on this situation but I am sure it might take another week with these Jackasses!!!

Just leave them. That is bullshit.

The only reason to stick with them is if you play monster teasers. They are good for that.

Other than that, go somewhere else. There are plenty with much better customer service.

I just went through it too Bigdog, you should have called me. We had a coming to jesus meeting on the phone and I finally got my first two ****ed up withdrawals back today and they owe me one more. They said they got it figured out as of Thursday and all refunds are being done as we speak. That was really bush league.

I AM INVLOVED. nobody has been able to help.....anywhere. 5dimes say they will correct it and it's out of their hands so certainly out of my hands. trust me, man, i'm thinking about this and on this the best i can. final chapter will be happy ending with bitter memories because of the way they have handled this. they should, at least, be more visable on the forums and answer emails more promptly.

sorry i havent been more vocal on the situation, i figured it would be handled by now. it's a BANK error, not theirs, so i don't see where they should be to blame. sorry. i guess that's how they feel as well. who knows?

definitely not something to take lightly at this point either because it's dragging on and on and on.

i'll be on the phone first thing monday to see WTF is up even if i have to call the bank...if i can even get that information.

anybody else having a problem should send me their name and account ID

Agent, Jack has been involved and he e-mailed me right away when I posted it on Sat night last week.

I just got off them phone with them again and they are arranging a phone call with the General Manager so I can speak to him tomorrow. I just can't believe it takes this long when you have all of my records and bank records in front of your face. Also, they are saying it dates back to August 17, 2005 so they have been double, triple, and quadruple dipping for about a month now on some accounts and have only detected it because some of us have bitched so much.

You know I have always been a 5Dimes support and have switched 3 of my freinds to their website because I like their parlays, props, and other wagers For straight wagers I will always remain with the bookie. Also, I will NEVER speak highly of them again because they could have been more hands on in this whole situation. I understand it is a bank error but the bank would have never received any of this information if it weren't for 5Dimes.

It will be very interesting to see what Tony has to say tomorrow! I will post it like usual.

Giving these Offshore betting books your acct info is a big mistake.
Use a western union cash transaction and you wont have to worry about unauthorized acct deductions. Its a little bit of trouble for a lot of peace of mind.

Well, I have settled everything with 5Dimes and can say I am pleased. Also, I have learned a lot in the whole situation. For now on it is Neteller the whole way
