What a horrible book. If you have ever thought about going with this book....do yourself a HUGE favor and stay the hell away.

I registered with them because I saw that they do Ewalletexpress transfers. So, I transfered funds by that method, then tried to make the transfer to 5Dimes. I read on their site that I would have to call them and verify a few things in order to be able to make the transfer. So, I called them. First, this rude bitch told me that I could not do this as they do not allow it. I hung up, called back, the next guy told me I could, made me verify things as the web site says, then told me I'd be able to transfer my wager in 30 min.

So, I waited 30 min, tried on the web site to transfer funds, and it told me my information was incorrect.

So, I called back again, woman put me on hold for 15 min and never came back. I hung up, called back, another guy answered, told me to wait while he checked to make sure I wasnt trying to committ fraud. 10 minutes before he came back....then he tells me to do it on the web site. I told HIM I COULDNT AS IT WOULDNT LET ME. SO he tells me to call E Wallet Express as they have something screwed up with my information. BUllshit.

I hung up and called another agent. He puts me on hold.

WHILE I'M ON HOLD AGAIN I CAME ON HERE AND FOUND BOOKMAKER.COM.

NOW, UNDERSTAND THAT I'M STILL ON HOLD WITH 5 DIMES. DURING THE TIME I WAS ON HOLD WITH THOSE MISERABLE PIECES OF SH*T, I WAS ABLE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON BOOKMAKER.COM, AND TRANSFER FUNDS FROM MY EWALLETT EXPRESS ACCOUNT TO MY BOOKMAKER ACCOUNT.

LMAOOOOOOOOO

JACK, 5DIMES IS A TOTAL PIECE OF SH*T. I HAVE ALWAYS GONE WITH THE BOOKS YOU SUGGEST.

MY 5 DIMES ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 1868678 . I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT SOMEONE FROM 5DIMES READS THIS....BECAUSE YOU SUCK ASS.

I COMPLETED EVERYTHING WITH BOOKMAKER.COM WHILE ON HOLD WITH YOU CLUELESS FOOLS.

STAY AWAY FROM 5 DIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to play at 5 Dimes when I was betting golf really heavy up to a few years ago when all the laws changed. Now its a nightmare to get money in there for people from the US.

It sounds like a communication problem with that transaction. Sounds like you were definitely talking to agents that had no idea what was going on. Very rarely do I hear anything negative about 5dimes.

Customer service at 5dimes is horrific, but that being said, I have used em for 10 years and never had a big problem. Best book out there except for one thing.....customer service. If you can get past their horrific customer service then they are the best, but sometimes it is mind knumbing just how bad the customer service is.

Oh and don't get me started on Tony.....do a search on "Tony from 5dimes" and that will tell you all you need to know.

But remember.......5dimes pays (I get money same day) and have more odds then any book on the planet. Plus you can do stuff there that you can't do at 95% of books out there.

But as we all know....the customer service sucks ass :nono:

I understand you need to back the book, Jack....but it was no communication problem. Twice they talked to supervisors, and on two different occasions purposely gave me the runaround, and lied straight to my face at least once.

LMAO at their customer service. If you don't want ewalletexpress money, you clueless idiots, then take that funding method off your site. Dont lie to me and give me the runaround.

Find another book. 5 dimes isnt worth the hassle or your time.

Thank god for bookmakers, cause my money is Cardinal money and I wouldnt have been able to make the bet if it wasnt for them.

For what it is worth.......I have used ewalletxpress at 5dimes about 100 times and never had a problem.

Although I can see why Iminforabuck is pissed. The customer service is terrible, nobody knows what the hell is going on. Many times I just laugh at the lack of communication with the 5dimes staff.

5dimes sucks for customer service, but as I have said, they will always pay you and they have more lines then any other book out there. There are plenty of things great about 5dimes, but customer service is not one of them.

And don't get me started on "Tony", sure others on here can comment on him.

Bottom line....they pay.....fast....and in long run that is all that matters, although it would be nice not to be told to "fuck off" on the phone.:mj07:

If 5dimes had the customer service of Betjamaica, they would be the superpower of the offshore industry.

Ive never had a problem with 5dimes, ive withdrawn from them tons of times and they have always paid and been prompt.

I recommend them.

Long as you don't have to place a phone call to them go right ahead and put your money there.

Bottom Line: If you want a book that you're fine with unless you have to pick up the phone, put your money with 5Dimes.

Initial deposits and newer accounts are blocked from making deposits using eWalletXpress. To unblock eWalletXpress as a deposit option, customer service must be contacted to verify acceptance of the following rule: "Deposits made with eWalletXpress will be subject to access restrictions with third party vendors as well as a 30 day freeze on all payouts from the time of the last eWalletXpress deposit." Once you verify the acceptance of this rule, eWalletXpress will immediately be enabled as a deposit option.

Be it noted, customer service informs all customers that in order to use eWalletXpress, they expect 30 days of action from their account prior to the option being enabled.

Is ewallet pretty easy to use? I need another book and 5D always did pay. I hit them on a couple of double tournament winners on some golf tourneys and they always paid. No problems.

I was wondering if you had quit betting golf TU. You did good job handicapping golf. Don't ever remember you having a down year.

I was thinking of starting again. I was working too much and I got so many books taken away from me with the new laws. Its a lot harder with only a few books offering golf.

I've been messing around with NCAABB totals.

I really get pissed thinking about those laws. Those last couple years I was +30K or so.

Actually Jack, as the paragraph you highlight in italics states, they were more than willing to have me verify those stipulations over the phone. I was asked to hang up so they could call me back, and then when they called me back, I was read those statements and asked if I agreed.

As much as you would like to think that I was naive and silly about all of this, I wasn't. I was thorough. I did my homework. I was very well aware that I was being lied to and was being given the runaround.

The bottom line is that 5 dimes has absolutely horrific customer service. If you don't have do deal with them over the phone, I'm sure you'll be just fine.

And what's more, I remember the days when you weren't so quick to doubt your own members in favor of a sponsor. I did read everything correctly.
