I wasn't doubting you. You posted your account ID and said you hope that 5Dimes would read your post. I contacted 5Dimes after I saw that and posted back what I found out about the issue you had with them.
Without your name and the times that everything occured, there was no way they could check to see if what you said was true or not.
I posted their rule regarding eWallet as I assumed that you didn't read it or understand it.
Sorry, but I can't imagine a sportsbook not being interested in accepting a deposit, thus the remark about a communication problem. Something just doesn't sound right.
If you want to pursue this matter further, please email me the exact times these events took place and send your full name and I'll have them pull up the tapes to find out exactly what did happen between you and the clerk(s).
