I wasn't doubting you. You posted your account ID and said you hope that 5Dimes would read your post. I contacted 5Dimes after I saw that and posted back what I found out about the issue you had with them.

Without your name and the times that everything occured, there was no way they could check to see if what you said was true or not.

I posted their rule regarding eWallet as I assumed that you didn't read it or understand it.

Sorry, but I can't imagine a sportsbook not being interested in accepting a deposit, thus the remark about a communication problem. Something just doesn't sound right.

If you want to pursue this matter further, please email me the exact times these events took place and send your full name and I'll have them pull up the tapes to find out exactly what did happen between you and the clerk(s).

I will be more than happy to send you my full name, and the times, within a half hour, that they happened, but only for you to see exactly what I am saying is true.

Bookmaker took my money within 5 minutes, and I wouldnt make a bet with these 5Dimes bufoons if they begged me to. So, if you ask them to investigate it, please only do so to verify the story that I have provided, cause they can suck my ass as far as the future goes.

The bottom line is that I tried very very hard to give them my money. I got a different answer from every single person that I spoke with. Only one of them knew how the drill should go. Unfortunately, as many times as I called back, I couldnt get that guy on the phone again. He's the one who called me back and verified my approval of the statements.

I've always come here when I gambled. 7 years a member now and enjoy this place very much. I've never ripped a sponsor before, and I wouldnt have this time if it wasnt much deserved.

Sorry for the drama.

a representative informs him the error message is from eWalletXpress and not us
customer is informed to contact the processor to determine if there are any issues with his account details

Somehow I knew a report like this would be posted. Why did my EwalletExpress account information work just fine in 5 minutes for Bookmaker.com?

It's your problem. Both your web site and the lovely group of mental midgets that you must have grabbed from the local anger management rehab resort to answer your phones. Not EWalletExpresses

If you don't want to be made to look like a fuking fool, 5Dimes, then don't treat people who try to give you money like shit. And you left off at least 2 additional calls that I had to make as well.

I said I was done with this, but that "report" right there is nothing short of a pathetic attempt at damage control. My account wasnt even verified until the second call. Odd that this was left off the report.

Like I said, there are plenty of people here who have testified that this book sends you money when you win.

There are also about an equal amount of people on here who have testified that 5Dimes customer service is absolutely horrible.

My advice would be, find a book that says "hello sir, how are you, and how can I help you" when they answer the phone, AND pays you when you win.

Why have one when you can have both.

I love them. My C.C. works just fine through them to deposit.

The problem is EWallet, don't use those jokers. I went through the same crap with them before and just shutdown my account because of that stuff.

I guarantee you that the problem is on EWallets end. Don't you think 5dimes would love to have your money?

As for 5dimes...their customer service is horrific....just horrific, no way around that. If you walked into their office they would most likely punch ya in the face if ya asked for help:142smilie

I know its EwalletXpress, I just thought it was a given....didn't know there was another one.

They royally F'ed up my transfer one time and it took me a week of calls to them and 5dimes to get it figured out and finally they admitted they screwed up the numbers.

I love 5dimes and like I said, most place are taking CC's now so you shouldn't need to mess with this.

Nope, it's absloutely not Ewallets problem. I have used them for more than a year and 5Dimes is the only problem ever ecountered?

And the money transfers from Ewallet to Bookmaker.com on the same day and within the same 10 minute time span?

It's 5Diimes problem from top to bottom. Trust that.

The bottom line is more than one of their agents were horribly rude bitches to me when I was just trying to give them money, and had no clue what their own policies were.

They even tailored their report on here to purposely leave out the two calls that they werent proud of.

5 dimes best book in the Galaxy.

I had a minor issue with them a while back and JACK HELPED FIX IT.
Had a long discussion with Tony and ultimately everything was resolved very favorably in my favor.
