Well if he is still alive, HappyJack knows he's using the alias Donald now. I preferred the name Tony, but I guess if he faked his own death ya gotta change the name, the name Donald seems like a good selection.
And as previously mentioned, HappyJack knows when people die and he knows the future, so you have to take HappyJack seriously.
After doing a bit of research, It looks like BettorsDen has absolutely nothing to do with 5dimes, just some former 5dimes employees opening up a Sportsbook in Costa Rica.
Laura Varela, (the widow of 5Dimes owner William Sean Creighton) owns 5dimes, she has nothing to do with BettorsDen. Furthermore, she's applied for a betting license in the Province of Ontario and various US States. There is no way in hell she'd have anything to do with a Sporsbook in Costa Rica. Especially after paying a 46.8 million settlement to the US gov't.
For all you 5dimes fans, it most likely will show up legally in North America in next couple years or so, but it ain't in Costa Rica right now under the name BettorsDen.

Just mind boggling that there has has not been a movie and/or series made about all this. Perhaps they can't get the rights from the family/wife? Maybe that's why nothing has happened?

HappyJack keeps saying over and over again that William Sean Creighton is now using the name Donald, he must be pretty confident. Not sure where he got that information, but if HappyJack says it, ya gotta believe it. And I'd guess he'd know if Donald/Tony/William Sean Creighton was alive or not. I mean he has already showed us he knows who lives or who dies based on random events that happen decades apart. The guy knows not only who dies or who lives, but the future as well. I say again, do not mess with HappyJack, take what he says, and roll with it.
Also keep in mind HappyJack knows how to use different names, he's been banned from Madjacks multiple times and comes back under different usernames, so yes he'd know all about aliases. I mean if anybody would know that William Sean Creighton is alive or not and if is he is now using the name Donald, he'd know.

Well Tom Cruise is one of the biggest pieces of shit out there, and he qualifies as an asshole for sure. He'd be perfect to play William Sean Creighton, I mean William Sean Creighton was the definition of an asshole, what a great match, yep Tom would be perfect person to cast👍

Once you contact William Sean Creighton (now goes by the name Donald) can you ask if he has any promotions going on? I know he's been through lots of shit lately (the whole fake your death thing can be taxing) but yeah if you could ask him that would be appreciated.
