Nothing to do with war movie clips; it's the irony if the Hollywood clowns "honoring the military" then rolling out Hanoi Jane as a presenter.

Jane Fonda had nothing to do with the "respect to the military" segment of the show. She came on stage at a different time. And speaking of "missing the point" a Hollywood clown who fought in Vietnam was the one who presented the clip, I guess you missed that. And more people in that "Hollywood Clown" clan fought for their country then anybody in Trump's clan, just thought I'd point that out.
Also, everybody knows who Jane Fonda is.

Well that might be true, she's been on stage at 1 billion award shows (and any other show for that matter, not to mention a million movies, tv commercials, tv shows, etc, etc, etc, etc,) since then so I don't see what the big deal is.
