PUHD, I am currently living in Beaumont about an hour from Houston which i guess it about a five hour hike from your where you are at. I'm back for another 5 weeks mate and am having a ball. In regards to your question though, you can watch AFL over there on Fox Sports World. They show one game per week at 10 pm on thursdays followed by all the highlights of other games. Also have other highlight packages at different times during the week. You have to have extended cable to access it though. It's channel 273 if you have it anyway mate.

Anyways, might have to find a way to watch some if I'm ever up at 3AM!!!!

Look forward to learning from you bro!

Quick question though. How exactly do you score a "Behind Point"?

What do you do over in the United States of "Whatever" ??!!

PUHD

Kick the football through the two big goalposts to score a goal (6 points). If you just miss and it goes either side of them ( but between the big goalpost and the point post), you score a behind point (1 point). If you miss all the posts you have kicked it "out of bounds on the full" and the other team gets to return the ball into play.
eg. 7. 7. 49 = 7 GOALS + 7 BEHINDS = 49 POINTS

Hope that clears it up for you.

Pawa...Thanks for helping clear that up. I was trying to play it out in my head today to figure out the scoring.
