one play for tomorrrow:

1) St.Kilda Saints -1.5 1.91 ( 1 unit)

goin with the home team again.
that and richmond lost their last road game by 28.
St. Kilda's home win was an impressive one over a good adelaide squad.

home advantage??? yes, i think i will take it, for now.

Going with you on St. Kilda T-V. Public is taking St. Kilda and I think for good reason. Home records are great so far so hopefully this one rides that wave. Good luck tday mate. JP

Going against the pawamech system even though it strongly suggests a richmond victory. Have picked 7 from 7 this week in a tipping comp I am involved in (although i have only bet 3 games) and hoping to make it a perfect week with a saints win tonight. Toronto, although it is a saints home game and richmond play the bulk of their games at the MCG, they also play their fair share at the dome. Don't know whether you are aware of this, but richmond is a suberb in melbourne where the telstra dome is located and so home ground advantage is not really a factor. Keep this in mind for the future mate. Although saying that, am with you on the saints tonight mate. Let's roll!

the land of confusion
West Coast blow their chances late in the game to keep within 24 and my Kangaroos were disgraceful in the second half against a rampaging (!) Freo Dockers.
Freo would have beaten the Victorian State team the way they were playing.
**Note to all** Do not back against Fremantle playing at home.....they will beat all comers there!! Away is the opposite!!!

Season to date: 7 - 4 +9.5u

Balls to those who dare stand on the tracks of the Pawamech Express!!! :nono:
If you prick up your ears and stay real quiet.......you can hear the whistle warning you to stay clear of the tracks!!!

She's a comin'......

Not looking forward to getting hit by the richmond express but I guess everyone takes risks. Hoping for my sake that it comes to a halt before any damage is done. If your system gets it done tonight pawa, will stay clear of the other side from here on out. Should be an interesting game.

The train is only a quarter of the way down the track, but I can hear it from a distance! Still standing on the tracks.

R.I.P saints! Can beat the crows but not the tigers. Freo in melbourne may be the only game easier for them for the rest of the year. Will not even think about laying anything on them for the rest of the season. I know you are going to say "I warned you" pawa, but have learnt my lesson here. Just got hit fair in the chops by the pawa express. Congats to all who stayed aboard!
Week 4: 3-1 =+3 units (essendon x2)

RIP Saints??

(No offense to PAWA or your system mate)...but

St. Kilda 40 clearances to Richmond 33
St. Kilda 53 inside 50's to 46.
St. Kilda 26 scoring shots to 22.

If it were a horse race there would be a stewards enquiry for sure!!

One thing you simply shouldn't have to account for when looking at a game is the coaching.

With St. Kilda midfield dominating the first 10 minutes of the 3rd quarter, Grant [genius] Thomas had Riewoldt sitting on the bench watching the ball rebound out as Milne had to outmark 2 players!! :nono:

A particularly tough loss to swallow.

I guess we're comparing / rating different numbers MrC.

.......but if you choose to stand on the tracks when the whistle is blowing........you will get mowed down 60+% of the time!!!

Those are the important numbers
:yup

I guess we're comparing / rating different numbers MrC.

I understand that before the game (ie. after Rd. 3) Richmond were infront of the Saints in ALL of the major stats.

Those numbers I wrote were from the game itself........

Still too early in the season to take any notice of team stats for my liking......

One team had played Freo (In Melbourne), Bulldogs and Collingwood in shocking conditions.
The other had faced West Coast (In Perth), Adelaide the the Kangaroos!!
Doesn't take a genius (or a machine!) to work out who will have the better 'stats'!

and my Kangaroos were disgraceful in the second half

...So were Melbourne.......So were the Doggies............There is a connection, and if you go against that you'll lose a whole lot more than your 60% ;)
