Port abit lucky to run over Adelaide and Freo get hammered by an average side that somehow sit about third on the ladder !!!

Thankfully my Kangaroos didn't let me down.

Season to date now a very sorry looking 8-11

hmmm........what kind of hobby is this anyway?.....I hear they do pottery classes down at the local hall

Some very interesting results this weekend. Collingwood producing a big upset over Essendon on Anzac Day. Melbourne won to go 4-1 for the season and share top spot on the ladder. Hawthorn bounce backed against Richmond. West Coast pull off a very unlikely win to stop the 20 game winning streaking held by Brisbane. St Kilda had the match won but choked against Sydney and had to settle for a draw. Port Adelaide stormed home to win the SA derby. Geelong totally outplayed Fremantle who showed a real lack of basic skills. Kangaroos had a big 4th quarter to run over Carlton who suffered a number of injuries in the first half.

The gap between the top sides and the bottom sides has certainly narrowed and there are no teams that can be taken lightly. Brisbane remain clear premiership favs and they may be even stronger now that they have remembered what it feels like to lose.

Unfortunately for me it ended up a disappointing 2-4 weekend.
