He should be charged with manslaughter. I believe he is the director also so he should be held responsible for anything that happens on the set. Why would he be pointing a gun at non actors?

What a shock that you don't need any facts to hang someone.

He is a producer, not the director. Trust me, I think Alec Baldwin and his phony pretend Spanish wife Hilaria are pieces of sh*t, but unless there is more to this story, there is zero chance he gets charged criminally here.

However it happened, it killed the woman and very gravely injured a man as well. I haven?t heard an update on him? I don?t like Baldwin at all, Lowell, but I don?t see how he can be charged criminally.

@AdamBaldwin
If you?re pointing a weapon at anyone on set without permission from the armorer, director & 1st AD, then you should be reprimanded for the first offense, fired for the second.
If you do so and harm/kill someone, you should be be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Hope the Spanish Princess wife, the kids and the family dog get out of town for a few days. The Baldwin temper may erupt at anytime.

REFLOG......nice bullshit post from you:facepalm:

What does a police officer shooting somebody in a 7-11 parking lot have to do with a prop gun going off on a movie set?

Fucking hell:facepalm:

He's a dipshit! Sad that he is in one of my favorite movies. Has no clue how even a prop gun works. And the person he pointed and pulled the trigger at was part of a walk out on the set. Fuck Him!

Regardless of if you like him or not, the situation he was in has nothing to do with a police officer shooting somebody in a 7-11 parking lot.

Nothing will happen to him criminally (which is the right decision), but BondIt Media Capital (they financed the film) and Highland Film Group (the Distributor) will have some explaining to do. It looks like safety on set was lacking.
