Just an update: My two unvaccinated daughters (11, 15) are still in the clear. They do wear masks to school (optional in our school district). Wife and I are vaccinated (2 shots), but wife tested positive about a month ago (01-20-22). I like to believe that my kids and I, along with millions of others, belong to the "never Covid" group people because we have definitely been exposed to Covid positive individuals. We have gathered in large groups where a few members tested positive a few days after the get together. We have traveled extensively throughout the pandemic against the advice of the CDC. Agreed 100%. My parents and my wife got Covid and experienced mild symptoms thanks to the vaccine.

I have zero proof, but I believe by not getting the Covid vaccine, my kids? natural immune system will be better to withstand any variation of the virus in the long run. As for now, there isn?t enough evidence to suggest my kids will succumb to Covid should they contract it.
