This is far from a prime Barrera
Khan will win if he takes this deep
Khan by decision or late stoppage is my guess

you really think "this" khan is better than an "in his prime" morales?...

that`s saying a mouthful,my friend...
Ghost answered perfectly for me.

Do I think Khan is better than an "in his prime" Morales? NO CHANCE!!!
Morales had a chin of steel that went a long way in making him great.

Khan is 2 or 3 weight divisions above prime Barrera or Morales and is still quicker.

Khan does not need to be as good as a prime Morales to beat THIS version of Barrera.

Yes actually, he did.

Khan is also bigger, faster and harder hitting than Morales.

perhaps just put some small insurance on it of Barrera inside, as you did with Mosley. If 126 pound non-puncher Limond can drop Khan .. Marquez was going in for the kill and boom, Barrera hit him with a shot that may have finished Khan...

That is a very wise suggestion.

I worry more about the Limond knockdown than the Prescott KO as Limond is a non-puncher.

Khan might have a glass chin but he does have a fighters heart. He proved it when he got up from those knockdowns and continued trying to fight.

I just don't think THIS version of Barrera will hurt Khan the way Prescott did.

The hedge is a good idea just in case.

and now comes this news....Barrera's first opponent pulled out because they wanted him to take a dive

this a day after Freddie Roach stated (in an interview with ESPN Radio) that Barrera was caught loading his gloves ala Margarito, prior to the first Pacquiao fight in Texas

oh how the mighty Barrera has fallen

all this doesn't mean that he can't beat Khan, but I certainly question his will to fight on...

if you are going to bribe someone to take a dive, why even take the fight? The Khan fight was already set, why risk it?

This cat needs money.

Not betting the farm as wee is but I have a sm play on Khan. Box box box. Khan needs to use his ht and reach and just get through the early stages. I agree MAB doesn't like to press so I dont envision an early ko debacle. I think it's a fairly even fight but I'm going with youth and speed. Mab is also fighting out of his wt. I take the dive story w/a grain of salt but it wouldnt surprise me in the least. Nolasco is no slouch.
