I always hit 12 vs 2 or 3
I always split aces.
I only split 8's against 8 or lower or ACE.
I just think splitting 8s against 9/10 is such a sucker bet even though it's said to always split 8s.

Do you always double 11 no matter what?

Typically I start betting $25 a hand then get a feel for how the shoe is going. I like to get to a point where my min bet is 50 or 100 or higher so when I'm pressing when the shoe is good, I'm getting the most value.
