I need help with.....hemroids.

I never thought they could be this uncomfortable

I'm 30 yrs old and in decent shape....but certain diseases don't care about age or health conditions ...they just set up shop in your asshole

Fuckin things feel like I'm giving birth to a alligator trying to eat his way out.

Or shitting a porcupine

Anyone had surgery to remove? Painful?

I can't talk myself into inserting cream up there like couple doctors have recommended... maybe after a few drinks....I've done some nasty shit after a few captain and cokes

I've waited to long already hoping they would just go away...I avoid doctors which is bad...but they always have bad news...never has a doctor came out to tell me I won the lottery or that I look like Brad pitt...I dunno ...I suppose I gotta quit being a bitch and just go

Can they heal naturally?

I have to...they won't just come out like normal shits

My doctor makes me keep a schedule because it's become so irregular ....I go 10-17 days between shits at times but usually about 6 days between average

Have colonoscopy coming up...Hopefully they figure something out

This is hell

Before I take a T Fresh I always smoke a bowl..it helps it flow right out without any force. I swear as I'm packing the bowl I can feel my brain already telling my stomach to start brewing and to get ready and unleash because Mary Janes coming to the rescue...

I'm not a doctor, but I know a little about how to help things out.

1. First and foremost, it's imperative you have regular bowel movements. To help that out, eat a lot of bran. I mean A LOT. Whether you hate it or not. Eat steel cut oatmeal or regular oatmeal everyday. It's great cold. 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk in a container, some brown sugar and bananas and let sit overnight. It's awesome and good for pushing along bowel movements.

2. Even more important. Get some stuff called Konsyl from your grocery store. Put a teaspoon in a glass of 8 ounces of water or juice. You will thank me a million times later. You WIL have regular bowel movements everyday and they will be the best bowel movements you've ever had. No pushing. Just smooth sailing.

3. Take warm baths and stay extra clean in your bottom area. Don't let anything irritate that area. There are more nerves in your rear area than maybe anywhere else. Cleanliness is important.

4. Get some preparation H that you can apply topically. You don't have to ram it in your rear. Just apply it a couple of times a day around that area.

5. Don't strain a lot. Like having a bowel movement. Or lifting weights at the gym. Anything you do to force will make them act up.

6. Surgery is painful as all get out. My dad had it. He said it felt like two guys having a razor blade fight in his asshole every time he went for a bowel movement. Most painful thing he's ever had and he was a tough ass marine.

Hope this helps. The Konsyl might be the most important of all. You really need to be diligent with what I wrote. You'll be fine and they'll probably go away or feel a lot better eventually. No bowel movements is really awful for you for a variety of reasons. I go once a day. It's really important.

Good luck!

1. your bowel pattern is a big problem and I'm surprised they don't get you into a colonoscopy asap.

2. You need to insert the cream have had a few reluctant patients but they say it helps.

3. get lambs wool and place on top. keeps the sweat down and and gives some good non abrasive padding.

4. try to lay on your stomach as much as you can tolerate.

U can have them internally or externally. You're talking about the external ones which cause the most problems. The creams are either steroid based (anusol) or shark liver oil (prep H), and in your case, mainly out it all over those guys that are poking out/making your anus look like cauliflower.

As mentioned, you have severe constipation, and that is the problem. Your problem is probably more a chronic dehydration than eating the wrong food. You should go just fine eating a regular American diet at age 30  try to drink a few gallons of water wvery day for a month and see if that helps. You might be surprised.

The surgery is painful, and if you think it hurts now to poop, get ready! If your bowel habits normalize, they can improve greatly on their own.

I think you can get certain cushions that help as well especially if you drive a lot or have a job that requires you to primarily sit all day.

You might need to take Miralax every day, or there's an assortment of multiple constipation medications you can try. I think starting with a dose of miralax (over the counter) in the morning and a night would be a good start along with drinking lots of water.

Hope you get to feeling better and that it all comes out ok! :0008

How is it even possible to go 17 days without pooping? If you only eat two pounds of food a day, you would gain 30 pounds!

Drink more water. Lay off the cheese!

Was thinking same thing. I get concerned if its 2-3 days. Hoping they can find something during the colonoscopy addict, that sounds pretty extreme. Thoughts for the best.

I cannot imagine not going every day, let alone 3, 7, or even 17!!!!!! Holy Samoli! I am sincerely intrigued what may be going on inside your body with 17 days of food stored up. Are you a big guy? Or are you little and eat very little? Whatever it is I hope it gets worked out. Go see a Doctor. And not your neighborhood Doctor, a true Gastroenterologist that will get to the matter quickly.

Relieving constipation may help your situation to some extent.

1.) Using magnesium for constipation is simple, cost effective, time tested and efficient. Magnesium is one of those constipation remedies. A supplementation of 200 mg per day is often recommended.

2.) Benefiber daily as directed

3.) Evaluation by a proctologist to assess your hemorrhoid situation. You may have external, internal and mixed hemorrhoids. Besides hemorrhoidectomy, a sphincterotomy may be needed also. If surgery is indicated, ask if Exparel can be used(excellent analgesic that can last up to 3 days).
